Scott Brody

As the Senior Vice President of Investment, I oversee Grosvenor's investment activity in the D.C. market.

Scott oversees Grosvenor's investment activity in the D.C. market. He has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate.

Throughout his career, Scott has served as Director of Development at Jenco and as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Washington, D.C. region of Opus, LLC before joining Grosvenor in 2010. Scott also held the role of General Manager of Grosvenor's Washington, D.C. office from 2012 - 2022.

Scott is member of the Board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) DC │MD chapter, a NAIOP Investment Forum member, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and real estate from American University.
