Grosvenor's first acquisition outside of Britain was Annacis Island over 65 years ago.  

Located in the centre of the Lower Mainland, Annacis Business Park is a preferred hub for local manufacturing and distribution. Key tenants include Southern Railway of BC, Urban Barn, Atlas Roofing, Direct Distribution, Moe's Furniture, VK Delivery, CHEP Canada, Pepsi, Zumiez and Loblaw Property West.  

Grosvenor's newest facility on the island is Millennium VI, a 160,000 square foot Tier-1 distribution centre located at 1005 Derwent Way.  

The Alex Fraser Bridge provides convenient access from Annacis Island to Surrey, Delta and the US border. Richmond, Burnaby and Vancouver are nearby via Highway 91. The South Fraser Perimeter Road connects Annacis Island to the Delta Port and Highway 1 (Trans-Canada).
