Our roles range from property development, management and investment to corporate finance and investment analysis in food and agtech, as well rural-based roles such as farming, land conservation and forestry.

Common to all our working opportunities is a belief that successful and rewarding careers are rooted in our ability to enable and support our people to fulfil their potential, working with a clear purpose and gaining a sense of achievement from realising it.

At Grosvenor, our shared purpose is to deliver lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit. In addressing today’s needs we take responsibility for those of future generations.

We look for people who can help us deliver our ambitions while living up to our values of integrity, respect and trust.

Working at Grosvenor

You will be part of an international organisation that is locally focused

Our teams work from 15 offices and locations around the world, with our activities and interests spanning many countries and cities. We believe in the importance of local knowledge and in fostering a deep understanding of local markets and communities, helping us ensure that our activities can positively contribute to them.

You will join a varied and diverse workforce...

Pursuing a common approach, we aim to bring together people from as wide a pool of talent as possible, benefitting from the insights and contribution of colleagues with different professional expertise, cultures and backgrounds.

Our aim is to build a diverse workforce which reflects the communities in which we operate. We believe that diversity in our thinking and inclusivity in our behaviours are both key to ensuring the long-term success of our business.

...and an environment that encourages innovation

Innovation at Grosvenor comes in many forms.

We encourage our people to think of new ideas or to think about traditional approaches in new ways.

You will help us add to a story that has been over 1,000 years in the making

The Grosvenor family ancestry can be traced back almost 1,000 years, while its association with London property began over 340 years ago in 1677.

We are developers, managers and investors in international urban property across many of the world’s leading cities.

In the Food & AgTech sector our growing investment portfolio includes some of the industry’s most innovative businesses. We manage rural estates and their environmentally sensitive habitats, while supporting charitable initiatives targeted at vulnerable young people.

We will work together to help our communities

Working together to make a positive difference to our communities is an important part of our shared culture where volunteering is actively encouraged. We regularly organise and take part in a variety of fundraising activities from bake sales to triathlon relays, sponsored ‘sleep outs’ to support the homeless, to our very own bi-annual ‘Grosvenor’s Got Talent’ event in London where we bring together people from across the real estate industry and encourage them to join us in submitting a variety of acts – all proceeds supporting good causes.

You will help enhance and restore the environment

Our property company is committed to making the built environment more sustainable targeting net zero carbon operational emissions from all our directly managed buildings globally, by 2030.

Grosvenor Food & AgTech is investing in new businesses and technologies which aim to make how food is grown, produced, distributed and consumed better for the planet.

And our rural estates are planting hundreds of thousands of trees, while restoring peatland to capture and to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases and the risk of flooding.

You will benefit from competitive packages, generous pension benefits and a culture which rewards exceptional work and results

We also know the importance of helping our people achieve a sense of wellbeing – striking the right balance between work and personal responsibilities and interests. We focus on creating a healthy working environment and fostering a culture which helps our people live up to our values of integrity, respect and trust. As well as establishing a range of family friendly policies we are increasingly focusing on the mental, physical and emotional health of our people.

And finally, there will be plenty of opportunity to socialise

Across the organisation, we organise a variety of social and sporting events. These involve sports such as football, cricket or baseball, cultural-based events and Christmas and summer parties.

Whether you attend or get involved in the organisation of any of these events, it’s a great way to meet and get to know colleagues from across Grosvenor.
