We’re about creating sustainable places, where communities, businesses and nature thrive. We've been creating and managing neighbourhoods for over 300 years, pioneering change and new ways of thinking about property.
We're part of something much bigger too. Internationally, our business spans urban property, food & agtech, rural estate management and support for philanthropic initiatives. All united by a common purpose: to deliver lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit.
We may have 340 years of history, but we’re firmly focused on the future.
From progressive environmental action and being at the forefront of community engagement, to inspiring properties and places, fresh perspectives really matter to us.
It’s why we encourage our people to bring everything they are to work.
It’s purposeful, whether that’s transformational ways to tackle the climate crisis or engaging meaningfully with local communities. It’s commercial and ambitious, which you’ll see in our transformational development projects and diverse investment pipeline.
It’s sociable and inclusive, in our buzzing café and through our employee-led Culture Networks. It’s challenging, varied and supportive. We also enjoy a flexible work environment and, as a family business, we like to think we’re a little less corporate too.
Hello I’m Nicola. I lead Community Engagement for our UK property business. I love the fact that my role helps us create and manage better places, by understanding the needs of the people who live and work there.
With great cycle facilities on offer, I can also get around sustainably and enjoy the places we are helping to transform on my journey.
On a day-to-day basis, I work closely with communities that live and work in London’s Mayfair and Belgravia to ensure people of all ages have a say in the future of their neighbourhoods. And I help our teams build strong community relationships too.
As an added bonus, I occasionally get to bring my Jack Russell, ‘Disco’ to work too!
Hello I’m Alex. After initially starting my career in architecture, I joined Grosvenor’s graduate scheme in 2019. My roles in our development, asset management and leasing teams provided a great early opportunity to meet people and experience different areas of the business.
Today, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, I work as a Development Manager on one of the business's most significant development projects: the transformation of an under-used area called the South Molton Triangle in London’s West End.
I also love photography and have discovered that Grosvenor’s heritage buildings provide a great backdrop to pursue my passion!
Hi. I’m Oli. I’m only 5 years into my career but I’m already working to deploy £220 million of capital in the UK regions for our property business. Having this type of opportunity so early on is unique and exciting.
I’m also passionate about the environment. I’m a surfer and outdoor enthusiast, so working for an organisation where sustainability is high on the agenda is important to me.
There are some great benefits here too – I took two months off for shared parental leave which has been invaluable for those important family moments.
Places are more than just bricks and mortar – they shape people’s lives experiences and wellbeing. That’s why people and planet sit alongside commercial considerations in all our decision making. And are also embedded in everyone’s personal goals.
Our people our central to our success so we invest in their health, wellbeing and development at every opportunity. Generous benefits, hybrid working, free lunches, paid volunteering leave and a cycle to work scheme are just a few of the perks on offer here. Alongside a company-wide focus on learning which commits everyone to setting aside at least 5 days a year to prioritise their personal career development.
We embrace change and we want our people to have the freedom to be themselves
It’s why innovation and inclusion are included in everyone’s objectives. It’s also why we passionately support our four employee-led Culture Networks – Pride, Race Equality, dis(Ability), Faith.
The £500 million development will create a new destination of international significance for the West End.
Fivefields, developed by Grosvenor in collaboration with the Westminster Foundation and operated and managed by flexible workspace and amenity specialist x+why, has welcomed The London Wildlife Trust and Heritage of London Trust as part of the first group of charities to take up membership.
