Careers in Property UK
Close

Hello, we’re Grosvenor’s UK Property Business.

We think this is a really special place to work. We’re looking for people with open minds and fresh ideas. If you enjoy challenging the status quo and want to make a real impact, see our open jobs.

What we do

We’re about creating sustainable places, where communities, businesses and nature thrive. We've been creating and managing neighbourhoods for over 300 years, pioneering change and new ways of thinking about property.

We're part of something much bigger too. Internationally, our business spans urban property, food & agtech, rural estate management and support for philanthropic initiatives. All united by a common purpose: to deliver lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit.

What matters to us

We may have 340 years of history, but we’re firmly focused on the future.

From progressive environmental action and being at the forefront of community engagement, to inspiring properties and places, fresh perspectives really matter to us.

It’s why we encourage our people to bring everything they are to work.

What's it like to work here?

It’s purposeful, whether that’s transformational ways to tackle the climate crisis or engaging meaningfully with local communities. It’s commercial and ambitious, which you’ll see in our transformational development projects and diverse investment pipeline.

It’s sociable and inclusive, in our buzzing café and through our employee-led Culture Networks. It’s challenging, varied and supportive. We also enjoy a flexible work environment and, as a family business, we like to think we’re a little less corporate too.

What our people say

Nicola

Senior Community Engagement Manager...and keen cyclist

Hello I’m Nicola. I lead Community Engagement for our UK property business. I love the fact that my role helps us create and manage better places, by understanding the needs of the people who live and work there.

With great cycle facilities on offer, I can also get around sustainably and enjoy the places we are helping to transform on my journey.

On a day-to-day basis, I work closely with communities that live and work in London’s Mayfair and Belgravia to ensure people of all ages have a say in the future of their neighbourhoods. And I help our teams build strong community relationships too.

As an added bonus, I occasionally get to bring my Jack Russell, ‘Disco’ to work too!

Alex

Development Manager...and avid photographer

Hello I’m Alex. After initially starting my career in architecture, I joined Grosvenor’s graduate scheme in 2019. My roles in our development, asset management and leasing teams provided a great early opportunity to meet people and experience different areas of the business.

Today, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, I work as a Development Manager on one of the business's most significant development projects: the transformation of an under-used area called the South Molton Triangle in London’s West End.

I also love photography and have discovered that Grosvenor’s heritage buildings provide a great backdrop to pursue my passion!

Oli

Senior Investment Manager...and surfing enthusiast

Hi. I’m Oli. I’m only 5 years into my career but I’m already working to deploy £220 million of capital in the UK regions for our property business. Having this type of opportunity so early on is unique and exciting.

I’m also passionate about the environment. I’m a surfer and outdoor enthusiast, so working for an organisation where sustainability is high on the agenda is important to me.

There are some great benefits here too – I took two months off for shared parental leave which has been invaluable for those important family moments.
