Chris joined Grosvenor in November 2005 and was appointed to his current role as Executive Director of Operations in 2025. He is responsible for managing Operations within Grosvenor Property UK, providing excellent services that are valued by our customers from commercial tenants to residents. He is also the Executive Sponsor of Grosvenor's Culture Network in the UK ─ an employee-led network driving positive culture change across the organisation.

 Before this, he was the Director for Liverpool ONE. He was ultimately responsible for all performance aspects of the Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, the vehicle that owns Liverpool ONE. Chris had direct day-to-day management of the asset management and leasing teams, with indirect management of the property management and on-site teams. Prior to that, Chris spent two years as Finance Director for Grosvenor Property UK Development and Investment business, a year as Grosvenor Property UK Corporate Finance Director, and six years in the Grosvenor Holding Company as Director of Group Reporting. Chris is a member-nominated Trustee of the Grosvenor Pension Plan.

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Chris worked for four years in Deloitte’s statutory audit practice whilst training to become a Chartered Accountant.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with Management from Bath University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
