We identify, design and deliver the changes that allow the estate to meet the evolving demands of our future residents, occupiers and visitors.
Jack is responsible for leading the Estate Development Programme. This portfolio comprises a pipeline of large and complex development opportunities across the London estate. The team’s focus is to successfully identify, design and deliver these projects whilst working effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
He joined Grosvenor in 2007 and has broad experience leading project teams across the Development side of the business. Prior to his current role he was the Project Director leading the Cundy Street Quarter.
He sits on a number of external forums including as a founding member of the NextGen Committee of the Westminster Property Association and the Development Committee of the BPF.
He holds a degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge and a master’s in real estate Appraisal from Reading University. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
