With over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mark leads asset management for Grosvenor's North American portfolio, where he has successfully directed transactions exceeding $2 billion. His role encompasses portfolio strategy, performance optimization, and capital deployment while advancing Grosvenor's technological capabilities and sustainability initiatives. He leads a diverse team of asset managers focused on maximizing returns for Grosvenor and its partners through strategic leasing, value enhancement, and technology-driven portfolio analytics.
Since joining Grosvenor in 2008, Mark has progressed through leadership positions in portfolio management, acquisitions, and dispositions, including serving as General Manager for Grosvenor’s Calgary and San Francisco offices between 2013-2022.
As Board President of the Union Square Alliance in San Francisco, Mark helps guide urban development and economic vitality initiatives that strengthen communities. His active participation in industry organizations including ULI, ICSC, NAIOP, and BOMA equips him with valuable market intelligence that informs his strategies.
Prior to Grosvenor, Mark developed his expertise at CBRE, specializing in client-focused transaction management. He was educated at the University of Calgary (BHRM) and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (HRM).
