• During the COVID-19 pandemic, Grosvenor provided lunches from local restaurants for construction crews to boost morale onsite. The meals totaled nearly $15k in revenue for local businesses.
• 21 pieces of art commissioned by local artists feature in the residential corridors, enhancing the homeowner experience while supporting the local art community.
