Tor Burrows is Group Sustainability Director and is a member of the Group Executive as well as Executive Director of Sustainability for Grosvenor Property UK.
Tor leads Grosvenor’s global sustainability strategy across all international property, food & agtech and rural estates businesses. This includes overseeing Grosvenor’s global carbon commitment, to reduce emissions in line with limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees across all business activities.
For Grosvenor’s UK property business, Tor oversees the strategy and delivery of ambitious environmental and social sustainability goals and her team was awarded Edie’s ‘Team of the Year’ accolade in 2022.
In 2021, the UKGBC appointed Tor as a UK Built Environment Climate Ambassador for the COP26 summit. She worked alongside other property sector leaders to galvanise stronger commitments and action from the industry and government. Tor also sits on the Advisory Board of Goldfinger, a social enterprise.
