Tor Burrows is Chief Sustainability Officer and a member of the Group Executive at Grosvenor, as well as Executive Director of Sustainability for Grosvenor Property UK.
Tor leads Grosvenor’s global sustainability strategy across its international property, Food & AgTech, and rural estates businesses. She oversees the organisation’s global carbon commitment to reduce emissions in line with limiting global warming to 1.5°C across all business activities.
For Grosvenor’s UK property business, she oversees the strategy and delivery of ambitious environmental and social sustainability goals. Under her leadership, the team was awarded edie’s ‘Team of the Year’ in 2022.
Tor was appointed by the UK Green Building Council as a UK Built Environment Climate Ambassador for the COP26 summit, working alongside sector leaders to drive stronger commitments and action from industry and government. She has since been named on edie’s 2026 list of the UK’s 100 most impactful sustainability and climate leaders.
Tor is also a Trustee of Turtle Key Arts, a charity that produces and devises art with a particular focus on engaging vulnerable and disadvantaged parts of society.
