The Hive is a 78,000 sq ft institutional quality office building in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter, a vibrant hub for creative and tech businesses. 

The asset was developed in 2010, achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating and winning the British Council of Office’s ‘Best Office in the North’ award. 

The multi-let building is arranged over the ground to sixth floors and features a retail arcade running through the building and roof terraces on the third and fourth floors. 

A series of improvement works have been carried out to cement The Hive’s reputation as the leading office building in the Northern Quarter. We have upgraded the office and amenity spaces including the provision of bike and shower facilities for occupiers. We have also delivered environmental enhancements including the introduction of our Green Lease and delivering biodiversity net gain through additional greening.
