Hello I’m Nicola. I lead Community Engagement for our UK property business. I love the fact that my role helps us create and manage better places, by understanding the needs of the people who live and work there. 

With great cycle facilities on offer, I can also get around sustainably and enjoy the places we are helping to transform on my journey.

On a day-to-day basis, I work closely with communities that live and work in London’s Mayfair and Belgravia to ensure people of all ages have a say in the future of their neighbourhoods. And I help our teams build strong community relationships too.

As an added bonus, I occasionally get to bring my Jack Russell, ‘Disco’, to work too!  

Hi I’m Ting.  I work in Grosvenor’s Diversified Property Investments team and am responsible for finding new partners and investments across sectors and geographies. Our global mandate makes the role really diverse and also means I can pursue my passion for travel.

My days are really varied. I could be exploring opportunities in e-commerce warehousing facilities, or considering the construction of new research and development facilities for the world’s leading biotech companies. Outside work, my passion is travel. I grew up in Canada and being in diverse and inclusive environments is important to me. Travel gives me perspective.

I’m Tim and my work involves investing into businesses that are rethinking and reshaping how we produce, distribute and consume food. Being part of this journey – helping to develop the technologies and systems which can be part of the solution – is what first brought me to Grosvenor and here I am over 10 years later!

Through my role, I’ve met passionate, like-minded, people working to address today’s needs while taking responsibility for those of future generations. Grosvenor has taken me all over the world, from salmon agriculture in Chile, insect farming in South Africa to fertiliser recovery at a sewage plant in Slough.

Our strong business network, internationally and inside the organisation, gives you the ability to learn from many different people in a variety of roles, which is great for professional development.

Outside of work, I love rock climbing – the simple pleasure of getting up into the mountains and enjoying the views.
