Stories of impact

These short stories provide a snapshot of the progress, resilience and aspirations of a handful of our tenants — and the role that Grosvenor Hart Homes (GHH) plays in helping achieve meaningful, measurable long‑term outcomes. Every tenant journey is unique, but each one shows what becomes possible when people have a high-quality safe home within a supportive community and access to personalised, relational support.

The stories demonstrate progress towards the outcomes in our Theory of Change. They highlight not only the challenges people face, but the strength they bring — and how our model supports tenants to unlock stability, build greater independence, and prepare for the next stage of their housing journey.

Our latest Interim Evaluation (July 2025) says:
