Isaac Metzger

I am responsible for Grosvenor’s investment activities in the Washington D.C. metro area and our east coast expansion markets.

Isaac joined Grosvenor in 2019 and is responsible for the company’s investment activities in the East Region.

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Isaac held roles at Vornado/Charles E. Smith and JBG SMITH Properties, where his responsibilities included executing capital transactions and leading strategic direction of the company’s Washington, D.C. office portfolio.

Isaac is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), DC Real Estate Group, and NAIOP, where he leads the Investment Management and Strategy Forum. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
