Ryan Stewart

I am responsible for delivering Grosvenor's mixed-use multifamily development projects in Washington, D.C.

Ryan joined Grosvenor in 2019 and is responsible for securing and delivering Grosvenor’s mixed-use multifamily development projects in Washington, D.C. 

She has over six years of development management experience and previously worked for The Bozzuto Group, where she played a pivotal role in the development of residential and mixed-use projects in the region representing over $200m in value. 

Ryan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving colleagues on Washington D.C.’s UrbanPlan initiative program. She holds a BA degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from American University Kogod School of Business.
