Steve Buster

I have overall responsibility for our development activities in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Steve is responsible for our development activities in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has twenty years of real estate investment and development experience, most recently directing Grosvenor’s mixed use, infill development program focused on vibrant, urban neighbourhoods in Northern California.

Steve is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) including the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Product Council. Steve is also an active member of the Bay Area Council.

Steve earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business in 2007 and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2000.
