Grosvenor opens first serviced office in London

Grosvenor has opened the doors to its first fully serviced office 25 EP  (25 Eccleston Place, SW1) just minutes from London’s Victoria train, tube and coach stations.

The 30,000 sq ft building sits within the popular Eccleston Yards, an urban oasis for creative enterprise and entrepreneurship surrounding a picturesque, sunny courtyard in central London. Able to accommodate a total of 600 members, it offers private offices and open plan co-working spaces for 2 to 50 people, along with meeting rooms and event facilities backed by a concierge service with staff handpicked from some of London’s top hotels.

Charles Howard, Director of Offices, Grosvenor said: “The pandemic has accelerated demand for agile office space and flexibility from landlords. Across our portfolio, customers of any size can find what they need in some of London’s most popular office locations, close to amenities and transport links.

“We’ll continue to meet the changing needs of customers and their staff by increasing the range and flexibility of our office spaces and leases. If current demand for 25 EP continues, we will scale this product as we have with concepts like plug and play.”

25 EP is the latest step in Grosvenor’s expansion of its of office product range, as it increases agile working opportunities in Mayfair and Belgravia. The business is growing the number of ‘plug and play’ offices following a successful trial in Grosvenor Gardens, SW1 as well as offering bookable meeting rooms, fit out funding and fully fitted solutions at 20 Balderton St in Mayfair and Buckingham Palace Road in Belgravia.
