A workplace is more than just a place to do a job. It’s a community where people should feel valued, supported and proud of the work they do. That’s why we’re delighted to share that Grosvenor’s UK property business has been named one of the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work in 2025.
This recognition is based entirely on feedback from our people, and it reflects something we’ve always believed: when people feel supported, valued and connected to their work, they thrive. And when they thrive, so does the organisation.
Earlier this year, colleagues across our UK property business took part in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey. The results were incredibly encouraging. 91% of respondents said they feel proud to work at Grosvenor, 90% would recommend us as a great place to work, and we achieved an 86% workplace happiness score, which is well above the UK benchmark.
These results are more than just numbers. They reflect the culture we’ve been working hard to build - one that prioritises wellbeing, purpose and a sense of belonging. It’s a culture shaped by the everyday actions of our people and by a shared commitment to making Grosvenor a place where everyone can do their best work.
While we’re known for the places and spaces we create, this recognition is a reminder that our impact starts with the people behind them. A strong, inclusive culture is the foundation for everything we do. It’s what enables us to deliver long-term value for the communities we serve.
We know there’s always more to do, but this is a moment worth celebrating. Thank you to all of our people who took part in the survey and to everyone who continues to make Grosvenor a great place to work.
