MC2

MC2 is a residential high-rise mixed-use development in Vancouver.

In 2012, we committed $15m to Intracorp’s mixed-use development comprising 444 residential homes and 110 rental homes across two towers, situated above a shared retail podium. The project completed in 2016 and fully sold out before completion.

Designed by world-renowned architect James Cheng, the homes provide modern, contemporary design, style and finishing and include generous outdoor balconies and patios. Public art by Douglas Coupland is featured above the font entrance to MC2. Installed in 2016, Coupland’s 43-foot tall Golden Tree commemorates a locally beloved 800-year-old hollow tree located in Vancouver’s Stanley Park.

The transit-orientated project is located across the road from the Marine Drive SkyTrain Station, and Marine Gateway retail mall.
