Situated in the heart of Downtown Berkeley, Ace is within one of the Bay Area’s most vibrant retail corridors and one block from the University of California Berkeley.  

With a walk score of 97 and superior proximity to the Downtown Berkeley BART station, Ace is prominently located within a mile walk from the culinary hub in North Shattuck, near dozens of theatres and entertainment venues and the BART train provides easy access to Oakland and San Francisco.  

Plans for the site include a 12 story, 163-unit Class A multifamily rental community atop 5,100 sq. ft of ground floor retail. The project will set a new bar for interior finish quality and exterior design in the market.

The project broke ground in June 2022 and the site is under construction.
