A master-planned residential community delivering over 700 homes to the evolving Burquitlam neighbourhood.

In 2024, we committed $39.6m to Intracorp’s master-planned residential community in Coquitlam’s rapidly evolving Burquitlam neighbourhood. Construction is set to begin in early 2024.

Upon completion, the project will deliver 527 condominiums and 218 rental homes across four buildings, including two concrete towers, and two wood-framed mid-rise buildings.  

Gardena offers 25,000 square feet of exceptional indoor and outdoor amenities including an outdoor rooftop movie theatre, spa with fire pits, barrel sauna, and an outdoor Nordic rainfall shower. The fitness studio incorporates a dedicated CrossFit Studio in addition to a yoga and barre space with Lululemon Mirrors.  

Bordering Burnaby Mountain, residents will appreciate the project’s proximity to nearby parks and trails, the SkyTrain, and a wide range of shopping and dining options.
