As a Grosvenor Hart Homes (GHH) tenant, your views are very important to us and help us to improve the services we are providing to you. To help us do this, all social landlords are required to report on Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)
TSMs are a set of key measures, set out by the Regulator of Social Housing, to help understand how landlords are performing.
As a landlord, we have to provide information about the standards of our homes, how quickly we deal with repairs and how efficiently we deal with complaints every year. We also have to carry out Tenant Perception Surveys at least every two years, which ask tenants to answer 12 key TSM questions about how satisfied they are with our services.
Although we are only required to report on survey results for our affordable housing tenants, it is crucial to us that we understand the experiences of our a market let tenants too.
To help us understand how we are doing, we would be grateful if you could complete this short survey for us. It should take you around 10 minutes to complete. Please complete ONE survey per household.

The survey is voluntary. All those who do take part will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 voucher. The winner will be picked at random and will be notified by Friday 19th December 2025 and, the winner will receive the voucher before Christmas!
Yes, your survey will be confidential. We ask for your address so that we can track who has responded to the survey and to enter you into the prize draw. Your personal information will be stored securely and only a small team who monitor Grosvenor Hart Homes' performance will have access to individual surveys.
Any personal details you provide about your experience will be kept anonymous unless you have given us consent to share them with the Grosvenor Hart Homes management team and/or you consent to us contacting you about any issues you have raised.

We will analyse the results and publish them, along with our TSM management information, so you can see what our tenants think of us and how we are doing. We'll then use this information to help us shape future improvements. No one will be able to identify you from our TSM report.
If you consent, we may also use your anonymous data as part of the GHH evaluation.
