Chris Taite

As CEO, I lead Grosvenor's Diversified Property Investments business, diversifying Grosvenor's property portfolio by co-investing with like-minded partners in third-party managed joint ventures.

Chris has overall responsibility for Grosvenor's Diversified Property Investments business. Chris established the GDPI business in 2012 and has led the growth of the business ever since. It is now the primary vehicle through which Grosvenor delivers its international diversification strategy, investing with specialist partners across multiple sectors in six continents, delivering consistently strong returns.

He joined Grosvenor in 2002, and prior to his current role, Chris had responsibility for Grosvenor’s co-investments in its global fund management company and also spent five years as the Fund Manager responsible for Grosvenor's Liverpool Fund. Chris is a Non-Executive Director of a private family property company Apperley Properties Limited and a former Shareholder Director of Sierra Sonae.

Chris is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has completed a number of IMD Senior Executive Programmes.
