Radhika joined Grosvenor Food & AgTech in 2025 following four years as an investor at Sagana Capital and M Ventures focused on food and agtech opportunities across venture and growth stages.
Before transitioning into investment, Radhika led strategic initiatives at Merck KGaA within their life sciences business. Earlier in her career, she spent six years at Nestlé in R&D.
Radhika holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, an MS in food science from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Osmania University.
