Grosvenor has appointed Diana Noble as an Independent Adviser to its Group Investment Committee with immediate effect.

Chaired by Michael McLintock and comprising the Grosvenor Trustees and two Independent Advisers, including Diana, the Committee is responsible for overseeing Grosvenor’s activities, capital allocation, strategy and performance.

Diana is currently Deputy Chair of the Court of the Bank of England and Chair of its Remuneration Committee. She also serves on the boards of the Wellcome Trust and Brookfield Asset Management.

She was Chief Executive of CDC, now British International Investment, from 2011 to 2017. Her background spans private equity, venture capital and international development. She spent 12 years as a partner at Schroder Ventures, now Permira, and founded e-Ventures and Reed Elsevier Ventures. Before joining CDC, she spent five years with the Clinton Foundation’s Health Access Initiative, where she was Executive Vice President, Operations.

Diana Noble holds a first-class degree in Law and was appointed CBE in June 2017.
