Our corporate structure and decision-making bodies

The Corporate Structure for Grosvenor Hart Homes is set out in the diagram below. Key decisions are reserved for the relevant Board as set out in the Governance Policy available on the Policy Section of the GHH website.

The Boards are supported by:

• Audit, Risk and Regulation Committee  (ARRC) – ARRC provides independent assurance to the Board on the effectiveness of Grosvenor Hart Homes’ governance, risk management, internal controls and regulatory compliance arrangements. It scrutinises key risks, audit findings and compliance performance to help ensure the organisation operates effectively, remains compliant and delivers its strategic objectives.
• Remuneration Committee - The Remuneration Committee supports the Board by overseeing Board member and executive remuneration, recruitment, succession planning and performance-related matters. It helps ensure that reward and people practices are fair, transparent and aligned with GHH’s strategic objectives and values.
