A thoughtfully designed condominium building in San Francisco's classic Nob Hill neighbourhood

At the summit of Nob Hill, Crescent is an upscale collection of 44 homes with private landscaped gardens and rooftop terraces.

Serving as the first West coast multifamily building for the renowned NYC-based architect Robert. A. M. Stern, Crescent is also the first new development on Nob Hill in decades.

Since acquiring the site in late 2014, we have worked closely with local neighbourhood groups, holding a series of public workshops throughout the design phase to ensure local feedback was incorporated into the final design.

The result: a classically-inspired building designed to fit into the context of this iconic neighbourhood.

Crescent completed in 2020.

ESG Impact:
  • Designed to LEED Gold
  • The final design incorporated ideas from local residents
  • Grosvenor's collaborative efforts resulted in unanimous approval from San Francisco's Planning Commission in 2016
