This latest venture is in partnership with Bridge’s US-based office team to target value-add commercial office assets in the next centres of impact, markets exhibiting substantially higher growth rates and absorption, to create desirable working spaces in areas where people want to be.

This joint venture will deploy capital into highly-connected assets in these growth areas, with a particular focus on assets that will benefit from amenitisation and sustainability initiatives to complement their location.
