Executive Director of the London Estate
My role is to oversee the strategy, management and development of our Mayfair and Belgravia portfolio, driving its commercial success and long-term growth while enhancing its environmental credentials and delivering positive outcomes for local communities.
Amelia has overall responsibility for the management and development of Grosvenor’s London portfolio across Mayfair and Belgravia, leading an innovative strategy of asset curation, development and sustainability investment that combines strong commercial performance with long-term environmental and community value to ensure the continued success of these globally recognised destinations.
She joined Grosvenor in 2007 and has held a range of asset management, investment and development roles across Grosvenor Property UK and in support of Grosvenor’s North American property activities.
Her experience includes the delivery of NEO Bankside in London, 288 Pacific in San Francisco, and most recently leading the Development and Placemaking teams for Grosvenor’s London Estate.
Amelia holds a degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University and a Masters in Real Estate Appraisal from the University of Reading. She is a committee member for Kings College London, a Trustee of Reform Heritage, a board member of the New West End Company and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
