Rural Estates Finance Director

I lead the Rural Estates finance team – ensuring appropriate financial controls, reporting and planning, and providing decision support to the operational teams to assist in the delivery of long term growth goals.

Andrew joined Grosvenor in February 2020.  

Andrew has supported the Rural Estates in producing strategic plans and agreeing long term financial, social and environmental outcomes. 

Prior to joining the Grosvenor, Andrew was Managing Director of the UK’s largest poultry supplier, which followed 12 years with Muller Dairy.  Whilst at Muller Andrew moved from senior finance roles to become Managing Director of the UK’s largest liquid milk business, Muller Milk and Ingredients, responsible for completing the acquisition and integration of the Dairy Crest milk business. 

Prior to this, Andrew began his career with Associated British Foods, working initially in their sugar division and then their animal feeds division ABAgri.  This was followed by seven years with RHM plc, owner of famous British food brands like, Hovis, Bisto and Mr Kipling cakes. 

Andrew studied at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (BSc Agriculture Economics), then, upon being awarded a scholarship from the Milk Marketing Board studied at the University of Manchester (MA Agricultural Economics) and completed his accountancy studies in 1996. 

He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
