Debbie Lee

From September 2026, I will be responsible for the financial affairs of Grosvenor, helping to maximise the achievement of our commercial and sustainability objectives.

As Grosvenor’s Chief Financial Officer (from September 2026), Debbie will be responsible for the financial affairs of Grosvenor, providing strategic planning and financial expertise with the objective of maximising Grosvenor’s achievement of its commercial and social objectives.  In addition to these responsibilities Debbie will be a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Grosvenor Property UK, Grosvenor Property Canada and Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments.

Prior to this, Debbie was Grosvenor Property UK’s Chief Financial Officer, with overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the business.  She joined Grosvenor in 2014 and was appointed to Grosvenor Property UK’s Board in 2022. Prior to her appointment, Debbie was the Director of Group Reporting responsible for delivering effective reporting to the Group Board and to external investors and stakeholders, and for promoting best practice systems and processes throughout Grosvenor’s business. 

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Debbie worked for thirteen years at Deloitte where she was a Director in the Real Estate Corporate Finance team and for four years in PwC’s external audit practice whilst training to become a Chartered Accountant.

Debbie holds an honours degree in Land Economy from Cambridge University. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales. Debbie has also been a Trustee of Anthony Nolan since November 2022 and Chair of their Audit and Finance Committee since July 2023.
