Dominik Hubaczek

Dominik is responsible for overseeing the performance of Grosvenor’s Canadian portfolio, which includes multifamily, industrial, retail and office properties.

He joined Grosvenor in 2026 with a wealth of institutional real estate experience. Notably, Dominik managed a commercial portfolio of 4.5 million square feet in Calgary, AB and has delivered development projects in Western Canada for institutional and pension fund clients. During his time with a leading global real estate firm, he managed over $100 million in annual Net Operating Income .

Dominik holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from the University of Alberta and has completed the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) programme. He also earned his Executive MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
