Dominik Hubaczek

Dominik is responsible for overseeing the performance of Grosvenor’s Canadian portfolio, which includes multifamily, industrial, retail and office properties.

He joined Grosvenor in 2026 with a wealth of real estate experience. Notably, Dominik managed a commercial portfolio of 4.5 million square feet in Calgary, AB and has delivered development projects in Western Canada for institutional and pension fund clients. During his time with a leading global real estate firm, he managed over $100 million in annual Net Operating Income.

Dominik holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from the University of Alberta and earned his Executive MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
