Guillaume Cassou

Guillaume Cassou is a Non Executive Director of Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments with more than 25 years’ experience in European real estate investment, fund management and portfolio oversight. 

From 2012 to 2026, he was Partner and Head of European Real Estate at KKR, where he founded and led the firm’s European real estate platform across equity and debt. At KKR he has led investments across most European countries and asset classes. 

Earlier in his career, Guillaume held roles at Goldman Sachs across investment banking and principal investing in London and Paris. He graduated from École Polytechnique in Paris.
