Helen Brackenbury

Helen Brackenbury joined Grosvenor Hart Homes (GHH) in November 2024 as Director of Support Services and is now the Director of Special Projects. At GHH, Helen is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a number of projects at GHH,  including the mobilisation of new communities and digital and training strategies. As Strategic Safeguarding Lead, Helen is also responsible for the safeguarding of GHH customers. 

Helen has spent the last 25+ years working in the public sector in Children’s services, ensuring that children have the best start in life and that appropriate preventative services are available to families. Helen has a strong commitment to creating and enabling strong collaborative arrangements and trusting relationships with partners and stakeholders which in turn can help to improve the life chances for children and families especially those who are care experienced.  

Helen is also a non -executive director for The Staff College who deliver a wide range of learning and development opportunities to aspiring leaders in the public sector particularly those who want to progress with the children’s services arena.  

Helen has a post graduate certificate in strategic leadership and a passion for changing the narrative for those young people who are care experienced and playing her part as a corporate parent.
