Karl Dean

Karl is the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer at Grosvenor Hart Homes (GHH). He is responsible for overseeing overseeing the day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving high-performance. Karl also manages the GHH property pipeline helping to ensure GHH achieves its strategic goals and maximises its impact. Karl is also the GHH appointed Lead Complaints Officer and the lead officer responsible for Health and Safety.

Karl has held a number of senior leadership positions in the housing, care and support sectors including the Managing Director of Arena Options, Director of Supported Housing at Your Housing Group and more recently the Managing Director of the MioCare Group.  

Karl was previously a Board Member of the Honeycomb Group where he chaired the Customer Service Committee and is a Trustee of the H.M.Pasties Foundation.
