Lucas Berube

Lucas joined Grosvenor in 2024, bringing 15 years of extensive development experience. Prior to joining Grosvenor, he spearheaded two of Bosa Properties’ most notable projects: FifteenFifteen, a condominium tower in downtown Vancouver, and SEAandSKY, a 50-acre, mid-rise and townhome master-planned community in Squamish. Before joining Bosa, Lucas honed his expertise at Rize Alliance Properties, where he managed a diverse portfolio of mixed-use rental and condominium developments.

Lucas collaborates with Grosvenor’s Vancouver construction, marketing, and sales teams on Brentwood Block—a sustainable, transit-oriented development in Burnaby that will deliver approximately 3,500 homes, including 2,450 rental units, a multi-storey urban community centre, and 250,000 square feet of commercial space.

He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
