Nathalie Hakim

Nathalie Hakim was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments in January 2026, with responsibility for overseeing GDPI’s investment portfolio. She joined Grosvenor’s UK business in 2013 and became a member of its Executive Team, holding a range of leadership roles across investment, asset management and development.

Most recently, Nathalie led the creation and execution of Grosvenor’s £1.2bn joint venture with Norges Bank Investment Management on the Mayfair Estate. She has also led the UK Investment and Development teams, managing international partner relationships, the expansion of the private credit business and oversight of its £1bn UK development pipeline.

Prior to joining Grosvenor, Nathalie worked in PwC’s strategy consulting practice. She holds an MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School. She is a member of RICS.
