Patti Glass

Patti supports Grosvenor in earning a reputation for creating value and contributing to communities through the active management and development of high-quality properties in Canada.

Prior to joining the Company in 2014, Patti spent ten years working in professional services brand and marketing leadership. She earned an arts degree at the University of Victoria, her MBA at the University of Toronto, and communications certificates from BCIT and Harvard.  

Patti sits on the UBC/VGH Foundation Leaders Council, is a member of the Arts Umbrella Board and is an Advisory Board Member at AdeptMind, an AI technology firm. In her role on the Urban Land Institute’s Executive Committee in BC, Patti chairs UrbanPlan, a curriculum tool helping students find their voice in shaping the built environment.

Patti was awarded Outstanding Leader of 2020 by ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI BC) and in 2024, she was named one of the six most influential women in British Columbia by Business in Vancouver (BIV).
