Piers Townley

Piers is responsible for the asset management of Grosvenor’s London Estate of Mayfair and Belgravia. His focus is to develop the portfolio strategy to deliver strong commercial performance and create long-term environmental and community value to enhance the success of these two globally recognised destinations.

He joined Grosvenor in 2013 and has held a range of asset management and strategy roles across Grosvenor Property UK. More recently, he has been responsible for the business’s London office portfolio, which included setting up and growing Grosvenor’s Flexible Office business to over 20% of the London Estate office space.

Piers sits on the Board of the Victoria Business Improvement District and the London Heritage Quarter, supporting business growth in the area.
