Steph Ball

Steph is Executive Director for Investment at Grosvenor Property UK, where she leads the growth of the off-estate investment business, including the Private Credit and Regional Office portfolios.

Responsible for expanding Grosvenor’s presence beyond the London Estate, her focus is on building long-term partnerships and supporting the delivery of high-quality real estate across the UK including enabling greater housing supply, decarbonisation and a broader range of commercial and living-sector opportunities.

Steph joined Grosvenor in 2011 and has held several senior finance roles supporting both Grosvenor’s UK and international businesses.

Her previous positions include Finance Director for the London Estate and Finance Director for the Investment business, where she played a key role in shaping strategy and supporting portfolio diversification. Most recently, she led the development of the Private Credit platform, growing commitments to over £350 million and establishing it as a core part of the UK property business’ investment offer.

Prior to Grosvenor, Steph qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte LLP, where she specialised in M&A tax, advising private equity and government clients. She holds a degree in Biology from the University of Bristol and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
