Steve O'Connell

Steve serves as a strategic advisor and Non-Executive Director to Grosvenor's US Portfolio business. Between 2019 - 2026, he was CEO and Board Member of Grosvenor's property business in North America. 

He holds a B.Eng. degree from McGill University and an MBA from the UC Berkeley - Haas School of Business. Steve is a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and belongs to a ULI National Mixed-Use Development Council. He is an Executive Committee and Board member of UC Berkeley’s Fisher Center Policy Advisory Board, and a member of the Bay Area Council Board of Directors.
