Grosvenor accelerates sustainability and operational innovation with new investments

Grosvenor has invested in two market-leading tech companies, Wint and REalyse, as part of its venture investment programme, aimed at driving commercial and sustainable benefit across the business.  Both investments follow trials through Grosvenor’s Future+ innovation programme, an employee-led initiative which empowers people across the business to experiment with solutions to strategic priorities.

Wint specialises in water management and leak mitigation, leveraging AI and real-time monitoring to minimise risk, cut cost and support sustainable water use. Used across commercial and residential buildings, as well as construction sites and industrial manufacturing lines, Wint’s technology reduces water waste, mitigates water damage, and provides valuable data insights to help optimise water use.

Investment in residential data platform REalyse follows a successful year-long trial with Grosvenor’s Private Credit team, which plans to deploy £900m over the next ten years. The platform, which is the only one of its kind in the market, has enabled Grosvenor to leverage data analytics to make better informed decisions and improve strategic planning.

Grosvenor’s Venture Investment team has to-date invested £10 million in a wide range of scale-up businesses and venture capital funds that support the delivery of its commercial and sustainability goals. All companies within the portfolio have been tried and tested by teams across Grosvenor and contribute to strategic priorities. Previous investments include noa, Europe’s largest venture capital firm focused on the built environment; Stak, a spatial data company that has created an ecosystem to digitally map buildings; and QFlow, a construction waste and materials tracking programme.

Andy Doyle, Director of Operations, Innovation & Strategy at Grosvenor, commented: “Our new investments in Wint and REalyse demonstrate our commitment to solving real operational challenges, while accelerating progress toward our ambitious sustainability and commercial objectives. We’re excited to partner with both businesses, both as an investor and a customer, as they continue to scale and grow.

“The Future+ programme has embedded a strong culture of innovation across Grosvenor, ensuring we remain at the forefront of a rapidly evolving real estate industry. Its success is evident in our ability to directly support the growth of pioneering initiatives that we believe will drive meaningful, lasting change for the sector.”

Yaron Dycian, Wint’s Chief Product and Strategy Officer, said: “We’re proud to welcome Grosvenor as a strategic partner. Their reputation for responsible stewardship and innovation precedes them, and the professionalism and clarity they brought to the process have been truly impressive.

“Water management has become a critical pillar of modern facility and portfolio operations, driven by rising risks, costs and sustainability demands. Grosvenor’s investment underscores the growing need for advanced, data-driven water intelligence, and we look forward to working together to drive meaningful impact across their portfolio and the wider real-estate sector.”

Irakli Menabde, Co-Chief Executive Officer at REalyse, said: "Securing an investor of Grosvenor's reputation is a defining milestone for REalyse as we enter our most exciting chapter yet. Having Grosvenor's backing validates our trajectory and provides the resources and expertise to accelerate our ambitious plans. We couldn't be more excited about what lies ahead for REalyse."
