Grosvenor, an international organisation whose activities span urban property, food and agtech, rural estate management, and support for philanthropic initiatives, has appointed Ina De as a Trustee. Effective from 13 April 2026, Ina’s appointment brings new perspectives and extensive knowledge and expertise in investment banking, governance, and the arts.

Ina is Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, where she has spent over 35 years in a variety of senior leadership roles within the investment banking division, including as Global Co-Head of Strategic Investors & Financial Sponsors Coverage, and Co-Head of J.P. Morgan Cazenove.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ina is deeply committed to the arts and education, acting as a Trustee of the Royal Academy of Music and sitting on the Board of Trustees for The Samuel Courtauld Trust. She is a former Governor of Westminster School and has served as High Sheriff of Greater London.

The Grosvenor Trustees are responsible for the organisation’s long-term stewardship, overseeing Grosvenor’s commercial, Family Office, and Rural Estates activities, and ensuring the preservation and enhancement of its values, strategy, and reputation for the benefit of current and future generations of the Grosvenor family.

Ina joins Grosvenor Trustees Magnus Goodlad, William Kendall, Michael McLintock, and Alex Scott as well as Executive Trustee Mark Preston.
