Grosvenor’s UK property business has made two promotions to its Executive team.
Jamie Whitty-Lewis becomes Executive Director - Finance with accountability for London Estate, financial planning and analysis, valuations and finance support for co-investment activities.
Since joining Grosvenor in 2011, Jamie has held several roles including, most recently, Group Reporting Director where his responsibilities included the 10-year strategic planning process. Prior to this, Jamie was Strategy Director and Head of Finance for the London Estate and he also co-founded the business’ (dis)Ability group.
Nathalie Hakim becomes Executive Director – Co-investment. Following the announcement of the business’s latest joint venture with Norges Bank Investment Management, Nathalie becomes responsible for growing the business’ investor base, managing relationships with partners and developing and executing strategies for new joint ventures.
Nathalie joined Grosvenor in 2013 and has held investment, asset management and portfolio management roles since then. Her experience has included the leadership of our southern Belgravia portfolio, including the creation of Eccleston Yards and the launch of our flex office strategy, along with a number of capital transactions. She is a member of RICS and a committee member of INREV.
Jamie and Nathalie join the existing Executive team which comprises:
