Grosvenor's Mount Street in Mayfair is set to welcome two of New York's most respected independent luxury brands in 2026, with Adam Lippes and Foundrae both confirming the street as the location for their first standalone European flagship stores. The openings continue a long-established pattern in which internationally recognised independent brands choose Mount Street as their preferred address in London.
Foundrae, the New York fine jewellery brand that’s attracted a high-profile following - with fans including Taylor Swift and Cynthia Erivo - will open its first standalone European flagship on Mount Street in July 2026. The c.2,300 sq. ft store is ideally located at 119 Mount Street.
Adam Lippes, the American designer renowned for his elegant tailoring and refined sportswear, is also making a European debut on Mount Street in June with a c.2,100 sq. ft store at 9 Mount Street.
Both brands join a carefully curated mix of internationally recognised luxury names on Mount Street, including Jessica McCormack, Simone Rocha, Toteme, Moynat, Oscar de la Renta, Rubinacci, Valextra and Marchesi 1824 - the historic Milanese patisserie owned by Prada which chose the location for its first store outside Italy.
Henry Hunter, Mayfair Retail Director at Grosvenor, said:
“Our retail strategy is centred on building a distinctive, complementary mix of brands that value creativity, quality and a more considered customer experience. Adam Lippes and Foundrae are fantastic additions to the premium retail line up on Mount Street, and attracting such respected independent brands for their first standalone European flagships reflects the enduring appeal of Mount Street Neighbourhood as a destination of choice for leading international brands.”
“These new lettings tell a clear story in how luxury brands approach physical retail. There is growing demand for environments that allow for storytelling, craftsmanship and a deeper connection with customers - something Mount Street is uniquely positioned to offer.
Mount Street Neighbourhood
Mount Street Neighbourhood occupies a distinctive position in London's luxury retail landscape. Unlike the high-volume, high-visibility corridors of Bond Street, it is a residential-scale street of red-brick Victorian architecture and mature plane trees that has attracted a concentration of independent and semi-independent luxury brands unmatched anywhere else in the city.
Grosvenor’s approach to Mount Street’s curation has been to maintain a mix of fashion, culture, fine jewellery, hospitality and wellness that reinforces the street's identity as a destination for considered, independent luxury.
This strategy is delivering strong performance. Across Grosvenor’s London portfolio, retail occupancy remains above 96%, driving significant rental growth and underscoring sustained demand for high-quality, well-curated space. Footfall across the Mayfair portfolio increased by 7.1% from end of 2024 to end of 2025, while sales in the Mount Street Neighbourhood are up in Q1 2026 compared with the same period in 2025. This is a particularly strong result in the context of a challenging luxury retail landscape, highlighting the resilience and enduring appeal of the Mayfair portfolio.
With further openings expected over the coming year, Mount Street Neighbourhood continues to evolve as one of London’s most distinctive luxury destinations, attracting brands that value creativity, craftsmanship and long-term growth.
