We made our first move into the healthcare sector in 2018 when we partnered with Heathley (now Centuria Heathley).

Since the joint venture’s first two investments in private hospitals in Eastern Australia, we have now extended the venture to include AXA IM. Together we will continue to build a portfolio of much-needed healthcare services for local communities that respond to a growing trend for major healthcare service providers to co-locate and provide specialist services.
