Grosvenor’s Diversified Property Investments (DPI) has made its first investment in Denmark through komvi, a new single-family rental platform responding to growing demand for high-quality, purpose-built rental homes across Denmark’s evolving housing market.
komvi launches with a €150 million forward-funding acquisition of around 400 newly built homes across five residential projects in Zealand, Jutland and Greater Copenhagen. Designed for couples and families, each scheme will be delivered to DGNB Gold and EPC A sustainability standards, with completions expected between 2026 and 2027.
