We’ve partnered with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), who work closely with Westminster City Council (WCC), to give our customers access to a free, always-on tailored recruitment service.
DWP’s Recruitment Specialists can provide you with a selection of pre-screened, skilled candidates matched to your requirements.
You will also receive support with:
- Writing job descriptions
- Promoting vacancies
- Targeting specific criteria, e.g. local people
- Recruitment events
- Apprenticeship advice
They also have a strong network of Westminster talent, helping to connect local people with good jobs.
This service is already supporting businesses across central London ─ helping them fill vacancies with quality candidates who are ready to work. It is open to all our customers, no matter what sector.

2. Access our Apprenticeship Levy to support your training needs
Grosvenor is making it easier for local businesses to access high-quality apprenticeship training at no cost.
We can transfer up to 25% of our Apprenticeship Levy each year to support local businesses with the cost of apprenticeship training and assessment. Whether you pay the Levy or not, employers with an annual wage bill of less than £3m or fewer than 50 employees can access fully funded training programmes (worth on average £15,000) to help grow or upskill your team.
You’ll need to choose a training provider, apprenticeship programme and cover the apprentice’s wages and other costs - but we’ll take care of the training fees.
