Complaints Performance
Grosvenor Hart Homes (GHH) is a member of the Housing Ombudsman Scheme. The Housing Ombudsman sets out standards for landlords to deal with complaints and landlords like GHH are required by law to follow the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code for 2024.
