Launched in 2022, our UK property lending business combines the strength of our balance sheet with deep real estate expertise to provide tailored capital solutions across the sector.
Led by an in-house team with experience across the value chain, we have supported the delivery of more than 4,100 homes across the UK to date. We work flexibly across a range of structures, including land bridge, development and investment loans, tailoring our approach to the needs of each project and partner.
Alongside residential development, we provide funding for brown-to-green office refurbishments, drawing on our experience of retrofitting and repositioning commercial buildings. We also continue to explore how our capital can support other parts of the real estate ecosystem.
Our ability to move quickly, combined with the insight gained from our own development and investment activity, has enabled us to establish a strong track record with experienced developers and investors nationwide.
Over the next six years, our ambition is to grow our lending pipeline, deploying a total of c.£1bn in projects across the UK.
